I aim to examine the consequences of partisanship on various outcomes, including partisan dehumanization, democratic norm support, and willingness to engage in partisan violence. I strive to analyze and create actionable plans for ameliorating the negative consequences of partisanship while amplifying its positive consequences.
I earned my B.A. in communication studies from Concordia University Irvine and M.A. with an emphasis in political communication from the University of Texas at Austin's Moody College of Communication. I am continuing my education at the University of Texas at Austin as an incoming first-year Ph.D. student.
